If you missed the first installation of Singapore Cocktail Week last year, fret not, the 2016 edition is just round the corner, stronger than ever with an exciting calendar of 200 cocktail events across 60 participating bars and restaurants – workshops, supper clubs, boozy brunches, pop-ups, international guest bartender appearances… you name it, they’ve got it.

Hendrick’s Murder Mystery Night
The name itself says it all. If there’s one thing we know about Hendrick’s, it’s that they’ve never failed to throw an extraordinary party. This night will be no different. The suspense starts with a drink on arrival, before delving into a medley of entertainment, music, murder and an array of food paired with Hendrick’s gin cocktails created by Hendrick’s S.E.A. Brand Ambassador, Tasha Lu.

SugarHall Dining Hall 2 - Review by Gourmet Adventures

In the spirit of Singapore Cocktail Week, Sugarhall presents a rum-inspired feast. Enjoy a sumptuous four-course dinner, each expertly paired with specialty cocktails by Jim Meehan, founder of New York City’s famed speakeasy PDT.

Mystery Tipples In The Dark
Head bartender, Thomas Sobota, will present three cocktails to complement each course of a three-course dinner. You won’t have the aid of sight, so just sit back, relax and let the mystery pairings unravel on your palate. Guess what they are, and at the end of the meal, see how many you’ve got right – that’s the fun of it.
